How to know the text is from us:
We will never ask you to send your Social Security number, Member ID number, password or payment information by text.
Do not click the link. Call Customer Service at the number on the back of your member ID card.

If you have specific questions about claims, plan coverage, etc., please send a secure, private message through your MyHealthPlan member portal. This portal allows you to securely provide personal health information.
