Samaritan Revises Visitor Restrictions

Under the updated policy, patients at Samaritan hospitals, outpatient departments and clinics are allowed ONE visitor per day.

COVID-19 Self-testing Kits Are Available to Members

COVID-19 self-testing kits (also referred to as at-home tests or over-the-counter (OTC) tests) are available at local pharmacies, local retailers or through online retailers at no-cost to members.

Reimbursement for self-testing kits purchased out-of-pocket can be requested by attaching the FDA-authorized COVID-19 testing kit receipt, filling out a Prescription Reimbursement Form and sending them to Samaritan Health Plans.

Note: All U.S. households are also currently eligible to order free test kits online at COVIDTests.gov.
